I'm a 26 year old female. I graduated with my B.A. in sociology from Mckendree college in 2004. I recently graduated with my M.A. in sociology from SIU Edwardsville and started teaching as an instructor at SIUE. I graduated high school in 1998 from Cahokia high school. I'm single, never married, no kids.
I enjoy the simple things in life. I love to write. I'm random at times, like now. Who knows what will go in this journal. 10 years ago i was 16 and a junior in highschool. 10 years from now I will be a professor of sociology or criminology at an accredited school.
I love hanging out with my friends, when they are around. I love kids, as long as they aren't mine and i can return them to someone else. I'm liberal, obviously from the name. I hate people who think they know things when they don't, it's my pet peeve. I don't like people who are unfaithful, unloyal, not honest and conservative. I'm easy to get along with and have many acquaintances but few friends. It takes alot to make me trust other people because everyone in the past has broken that trust, but i like to meet new people. I can be shy at times and at other times i'm the loudest of the group. Sometimes i like to go out sometimes i like to stay in. I love movies, i 've seen so many i can't keep count. Marilyn Monroe is one of my heroes along with angelina jolie.
My goal in life is to save the world, i aim big. I enjoy helping others in any way i can. I plan to adopt children and be a foster home once i get my career off the ground, which requires going to get my PhD first. I'm a procrastinator but i get everything done on time. I'm addicted to cigarettes and the internet and myspace. and probably LJ once i get used to it. i collect books and JFK memorialbilia. I have a neice and 2 nephews.
